No. Your premise, notes and chapters are sent to the model provider only to write your book, under API terms that do not allow them to train on it. We do not train models of our own.

No. Books are private to the account that created them. We open a manuscript only when you ask support to look at a specific problem.

Yes. KDP asks you to declare AI-generated content when you upload a title, so tick that box. The declaration is not shown to readers. Other stores have their own rules, so check the one you publish on.
