When we refund
- Within [7] days of a purchase, if you have used less than [10]% of the credits it added, we refund it in full.
- If something of ours broke — credits taken for a chapter that was never delivered — we put the credits back, whenever it happened.
When we do not
Credits already spent on finished chapters cannot be refunded: the AI cost behind them has been paid. Unused plan credits do not roll over to the next month; top-up credits never expire.
How to ask
