The service
Emberdraft plans, drafts and reviews fiction with AI models, from a premise you provide. Output is generated by machine and can contain errors. You are responsible for reading and editing it before you publish it.
Your account
You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you put in and to what the service writes for you. You give us permission to store and process it only as far as needed to run the service for you. We do not use it to train AI models.
Acceptable use
- No content that is illegal, that sexualises minors, or that harasses real people.
- No attempts to resell access, scrape the service, or get around credit limits.
- The AI providers we rely on have their own usage policies; requests that break them may be refused.
Credits and payment
Plans add a pool of credits to your account. Credits are spent according to the real cost of the AI work done on your books, and only for chapters that finish. Prices are in US dollars. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Your finished text remains exportable for [30] days after closure.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
